Step 1: Visit our Website
Obviously, you've already found your way here. Take some time to view our products and neighborhoods. Check out the quality of our homes, as well as the selection of floorplans we offer. Keep in mind that we are a custom builder, and can build your favorite plan as well as tweak our own.
Step 2: Visit our Neighborhood
Take the time to visit our models and specs that we currently have available. Speak with one of our realtors to learn more about what makes a Sharper Home such a great deal. View some of the extra features that are available in our custom design process.
Step 3: Features and Pricing Meeting
So you've decided to go with Sharper Homes? Great! Now is the fun part - deciding how you want your house to look and feel. All of our standard options will be laid out for you. If you have some of your own ideas, let us know, and we'll make it work for you.
Step 4: Your Home Goes Up
So your selections have been made. Now it's time to build. This is the period of time where the buyer visits our selections centers to pick specific flooring, lighting, countertops, plumbing fixtures, etc. It is also the time when you can make changes to the original selections. Don't worry, the building period flies by, and you'll be in your new home before you know it.
Step 5: The Walkthrough
The closing is soon, and your house has just been completed. We schedule a walkthrough with all of our buyers before the closing to check out the new house. Let us know if you have any concerns about the home, and we'll take care of them immediately. We like to make sure you are satisfied with the house you buy before you buy it.
Step 6: The Closing
The closing takes place at a title agency. A title agent is a third party working to make sure all of the neccessary paperwork and lender requirements are completed correctly. Get your pen ready, because you've got some signing to do. Soon, you'll own your new home!
Step 7: The Warranty Period
Sharper Homes honors a typical 1/2/10 home warranty. You will recieve a warranty book early on in the process that will explain our warranty to you. Bascially what it will say, is that your house is covered from workmanship and materials defects for 1 year, with some extra warranties extended to 2 and 10 years. If you see anything in your house that you want us to take a look at, file a workorder and we'll schedule an appointment to check it out.
